Recommended Stay

Minimum 1 night/2 days for chimp tracking + Bigodi. Ideally 2-3 nights for multiple attempts and habituation experience.

Getting There

5-6 hour drive from Kampala (320km). Flights to Kasese airstrip. Between Queen Elizabeth (2-3 hours) and Murchison Falls (6 hours).

Accommodation Options

Luxury: Primate Lodge ($250-500/night), Papaya Lake Lodge ($300-600/night). Mid-range: Chimpanzee Forest Guesthouse ($150-250).

Minimum age 12 for tracking, 15 for habituation. Book permits in advance. Maximum 6 people per chimp group.
