Lake Naivasha

Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort

Mid-Range

Lake Naivasha

Located within a sprawling 150-acre expanse of grassland adorned with Acacia bushes and trees, this resort not only provides a sanctuary for its resident giraffes, waterbucks, Vervet monkeys, and Colobus monkeys but also serves as a nocturnal grazing area for hippos from the nearby lake.

The journey from the main entrance gate to the reception parking area offers guests a glimpse of the local wildlife, including giraffes and waterbucks, amidst Acacia shrubland. The resort's grand entrance and cozy reception area, highlighted by an appealing water feature, set the stage for the experience ahead.

The lobby and lounge area, a vast, split-level space centered around an open-air garden, features a bar reminiscent of the 1950s, a high ceiling adorned with skylights, ornate fireplaces, and comfortable seating that offers panoramic views of the natural surroundings.

Dining at the resort is a culinary delight, offering a blend of Continental, Swahili, and Mediterranean cuisines, served in a dining room with an outdoor patio ideal for enjoying meals in the open air.

The swimming pool area, popular among children for its snacks and a la carte menu, doubles as a venue for private dinner parties. The resort's bars, from the cozy main bar to the more casual pool bar, provide a range of atmospheres for guests to enjoy.
